Club Regulations and Conditions Of Entry

All exhibits Must be penned by 8:30 on the day if the show. Pens Will be available from 6:30 on

show day. Judging commences at 9:00am the judges decision will be final. No entries on show day. No personalised leg bands on fowls Water containers will be provided for the convenience and comfort of the fowls. All exhibitors MUST hold a current FCAQI Certificate. If one is not held one can be purchased from the treasurer on the day. Once having penned an exhibit, no exhibitor many remove or interfere with any fowl without the permission of the Steward. The Club does not hold itself responsible for loss, theft, damage or misfortune to any fowls. Any fowls showing signs of illness or vermin infestations will be REMOVED from the pavilion immediately. Birds of 12 months of age & over will be judged as adults. The Club reserves the right to amend the schedule at any time. Alcohol consumption within the pavilion area is strictly prohibited. The Club reserves the right to refusal of entry. Classes will be provided for Breeds when five or more exhibits are entered of that breed/ colour variety.
