You must be a 2014 member to register for any summer programs!
Important: Unpaid fees - fees must be paid in full. Unpaid fees are sufficient to prevent future program registration.
Adventurers registration
• Begins Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 9:00 am
• Participants are only able to register for a maximum of 3 sessions of Day Trippers, unlimited Vacationers day trips and overnight trips, two - 3 day trips, two -4 day trips, and one - 5 day trip.
Program fees
• All program fees are due at the time of registration. Cash or cheque payment must be madewithinfivebusinessdaysorregistrationwillbecancelled.

Registration methods
• By phone at 403 508 0110 or by walk-in (online registration is not available). Voicemail registrations are not accepted. If required, aides are welcome to attend.
• Registration will continue weekdays, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, until programs are full.
Cancellation policy
• To cancel registration call 403-508-0110. A 15% fee will apply. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start of a program will forfeit a refund. Refundswillbeprovidedonlywhenvacanciescanbefilled.
• If a program is cancelled due to low attendance, you may transfer to another program if space is available or receive a full refund. We will make every effort to contact you prior to the start date of the program if cancellation is necessary.
Fee assistance
• Feeassistanceisavailablefortwotrip.Toapply,firstregisterinthecamp(s)andindicatetheneedforfinancialassistance.Anapplicationformwillbeprovidedand must be completed and returned to the main office within five business days. For more information please contact Kim at 403-508-0115.
NSF policy
• A charge of $40.00 applies to all NSF cheques. The NSF cheque issuer will be given24hourstomakepaymentsbyVisa,MasterCard,moneyorder,certifiedcheque, or cash, otherwise registration will be forfeited.

Day Trippers (Ages 18-24 years)
Day Trippers is the next evolution of Camp Bonaventure. Participants aged 18 - 24 years participate in four, one week sessions during August. Day Trippers meet at Riveredge Park. Due to the high demand for Vacationers trips and low registration in Day Trippers over the past few years, Day Trippers will start at the end of July and have no overnights.

PLEASE NOTE: Since this year’s Day Trippers programs do not have anyovernights,thecampfirenightsadvertisedareoptionalforDayTrippers participants. Participants, aides and families are invited toattendthecampfiresonthedates/timeslistedbelow,freeofcharge.
TheDayTrippersProgramwillrunfrom9:00am-4:00pm.Campfirewill not begin until 7:30 or 8:30pm (depending on the date).
Day Trippers will not be allowed to remain on-site between when regularprogrammingendsandcampfirebegins.WeaskthatDayTripperswhowishtoattendcampfirecomewithafamilymemberor caregiver as supervision will not be provided.
Groups Session Dates and TimesDay Trippers participate in four one week sessions from Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 4:00 pm.
Session ThemeEach session is unique and offers a different theme.
Optional CampfireCampers enjoy a sing-a-long, games and other activities. Parents and caregivers are always welcome and are encouraged to attend.

Super Science: Activities include a visit to TELUS Spark and the Aerospace Museum.

Ol’ Western Fun: Activities include a visit to Heritage Park and a ghost tour in one of Calgary’s oldest neighborhoods.
Session 3: August 14 from 8:30-9:30 pm
Session 4 $375; August 18-22
Summer Lovin’: Activities include a visit to a corn maze and horseback riding at a ranch.
Session 4: August 21 from 7:30-8:30 pm

Vacationers (Ages 18+ years)
Vacationers offers the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing break from the usual or an adventurous getaway. Groups of 8 take excursions that range from sleepovers at a campsite to city tours. All trips are wheelchair accessible. The participant to staff ratio is 5:2. More staff equals more fun for the participants. If required, aides are welcome to attend.
All Vacationers Summer Trips are wheelchair accessible. Activities are subject to change due to inclement weather. In the case of inclement weather, other activities will take place at an indoor location.

Cochrane CrawlHave a day of sightseeing in Cochrane. Enjoy the famous ice cream at MacKay’s Cochrane Ice Cream, and check out the other quaint shops in town! Ghost Lake and Cochrane
Calaway Park ‘Your Playcation Destination!’ Enjoy Western Canada’s largest outdoor family amusement park! Enjoy the live stage shows, unlimited thrilling rides, fun games, street performers, and delicious treats. Calgary
Millarville Races Come check out the 109th Millarville Races on Canada Day! This century long tradition has activities for all ages! Watch the annual horse races, check out some live music and browse the farmer’s market.Millarville
Elbow Falls Spend the day at Elbow Falls and check out the stunning landscape of Bragg Creek. Enjoy a picnic by the falls and some Ice Cream in town before heading back to the city. Bragg Creek
All trips, except Day Trips, have a 9:00 am drop off and 4:00 pm pick up. All pick up and drop off locations are within Calgary and will be provided at least two weeks before the start of the trip. Times for Day Trips will be provided at least two weeks before the trip.
Many activities and campgrounds are located in the wilderness. Groups will always maintain a safe and respectful distance from any wildlife.

RadiumCome to the world famous Radium Hot Springs to relax your muscles and mind! Check out the odourless mineral pools which are surrounded by beautiful rock walls. Then do some sightseeing in the Kootenay National Park.Hotel or Campground T.B.A.

Medicine HatHead down south and spend a few days in Medicine Hat. Take a tour of the Medalta Pottery Factory and create some pottery of your own. Also you’ll get to explore the stunning landscapes of Cyrpress Hills and check out the World’s Tallest Teepee!Hotel or Campground T.B.A.
GoldenVisit the friendly mountain town of Golden. Take in the beautiful scenery, check out some wildlife and explore the town’s history. Also hop on the Gondola at Kicking Horse Mountain resort and check out the view from the top of the mountain!Hotel or Campground T.B.A.
Camp URSA and CochraneWant a relaxing getaway? Camp URSA is for you! Located on 18 acres, you can spend your time in the cabin or explore the wilderness. Also, go into Cochrane and enjoy Alberta’s famous MacKay’s Cochrane Ice Cream, and check out the other quaintshops. Lodge TBA

InvermereEnjoy a relaxing week at the lake in Invermere. Spend some time at the lake, explore the town’s many shops and galleries and go for a hike along some of the nearby trails. Hotel or Campground T.B.A.
FernieCome to this mountain town for the beautiful views and relaxing accommodation. Go hiking and sightseeing at the various museums and exhibits, or stay inside and enjoy the amenities. Hotel or Campground T.B.A.
