Behind a dominating start from towering right-hander Nolan Long, Wagner cruised to a 12-0 victory over the Central Connecticut Blue Devils in game one of a four-game Northeast Conference (NEC) series at Richmond County Bank Ballpark on April 24.
The 6’10” Long, who carried a no-hitter through 3.2 innings, pitched six strong innings, allowing just three hits, while not allowing a run, issuing just one walk, and striking out a career-high 13 batters.
���� ��� ����� ��� ��� ���� ���� ����� �� ������� �������had fanned a minimum of 10 or more batters since March 27, 2010, when Jon Lucas recorded 10 strikeouts vs. LIU Brooklyn. The #7 seeded Wagner women’s tennis team was defeated by the #2 seed Bryant University, 4-0, in the opening round of the 2015 Northeast Conference Championship, contested at the Mercer County Tennis Center in West Windsor, NJ.
Four members of the Wagner men’s tennis team were recognized with All-NEC honors. The freshman combination of Michal Rolski and Juan Alanis were named to the second team All-NEC Doubles squad at ����^��_�$�����������@��
