On behalf of the 850+ members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia, we are pleased to present the 2013 tour of homes. Offering 5 Featured Communities and 53 new homes for your inspection; this truly is “Columbia’s Largest Open House of New Homes for Sale”. The tour of homes gives you the opportunity to see the best communities, as well as new homes in every price range. Columbia’s finest builders and developers will show you their innovative ideas, special design features, dynamic floor plans and quality craftsmanship. While some model homes are decorated and furnished, many of the homes are not. If you are interested in seeing a finished or furnished model, please contact the real estate agent and they will be happy to assist you.
We would like to thank the 16 participating builders and developers who have made the 2013 tour of homes such a success. As you tour their lovely neighborhoods
and homes, remember that a new home is still one of the most sound investments you can make. Interest rates are still significantly lower than at any other time in the last 25 years, so now is one of the best times to buy a new home. Perhaps one of the homes or communities you see will be the one that is perfect for your family.
Now that you have a plan book, choose your route and go see some new homes. The tour of homes will be open Saturday and Sunday, April 13, 14, 20, 21, 27 & 28 — Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The plan book is also available on-line at www.columbiabuilders.com.

With homes in all price ranges the tour is the perfect source for anyone planning to buy a new home now or in the future — or for seeing the newest trends in the building industry (architecture and interior design).
Where is the tour of homes?All the homes on the tour are located throughout Kershaw, Richland and Lexington Counties. Pick up the free tour of homes plan book at any Columbia-area Russell & Jeffcoat Real Estate office or at any of our 5 Featured Communities. The plan book is also available online at www.columbiabuilders.com. Once you have the plan book, review the included map to locate each tour home and community. Specific directions to each house appear on the pages below the floor plan. Follow the distinctive red, white and blue signs to the new homes and communities on the tour.
