1.  Discover Your Dream

(a) What are your Likes?

(b) What would you do or be if you had everything you needed?

(c) What do you do effortlessly with joy?

2. Follow Your Dream. • The question  is not if you can Dream, but

do you have the courage to act on your Dream?

• If the Bible says that Faith without Works is dead, then Dream without Diligence is dead too. 

• In pursuing your dreams, note these three very important things;

2. Follow Your Dream.

(a) Dreams are Specific, not General,

• They are Personal, not Public. That is why you must be careful who you share your dreams with.

• Joseph’s case is an example.

2. Follow Your Dream.

(b) Dreams are oftentimes bigger than the Dreamer.

• God is not a mediocre, He cannot give you what is less than your capacity. Even before you discovered your dream, God has already set up people that will hold your hands up and help you.

2. Follow Your Dream.

(c) Dreams separate Leaders from Followers.

• Leaders are Visionaries.

• They have foresight and they go beyond mere dreaming to actually pursuing their dreams.

3. Develop Your Dream/ Potential.

• It’s not enough to discover your dream.

• You’ve got to work on it, to give it shape and form.

3. Develop Your Dream/ Potential.

• Train yourself to perfect

your skill. • Study extensively on the

matter. • Internet has made

information available at your fingertips.

• Look out for People who are already doing it and learn from them.

• If you don't have close access to them, study their biographies/ works or listen to their tapes, to keep up with.

For you to be able to achieve enormous success in your potential, you must have a total mind makeover.

You can never see a negative/ pessimistic leader who is successful. very rare. "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he". (Pro. 23: 7)

• You must see yourself as a huge success before you can attain it.

• As you change your thinking, changing your associations and your environment (sometimes) maybe necessary.

4. Think positively.• Get acquainted with people that will

challenge you to greatness.

• Read Motivational Books and Leadership Books to help you. eg, John Maxwell, Stephen Covey, Brian Tracey, etc.

• They are renowned Authors and their Books are everywhere.

5. Take action

• You have to put action to your words.

• Go beyond just dreaming to acting it out literally. How?

(a)Set realistic goal.

(b)Write it down.

5. Take action(c) set target, ie, plan how you will attain

your goals.

• Carefully outline your goals, step by step, set 3 months goal, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, etc.

• Then "just do it", Nike. don't delay, its too risky to do that. just take the first and bold step.

6. Think Big

• Don’t be a mediocre

• Your God is A Big God.

• Nobody will pay for a mediocre job.

• If you've got to do it, why not do it big.

6. Think Big• Definitely you will start small. But

from Day One, let people see excellence in your Business or Skill.

• Soon, they will want to identify with you.

7. Perseverance and Persistence, very Essential.

• If you don't have the staying power to endure, you will soon pack up and close shop.

• Don’t be fooled, you will work hard enough to prove a point before people would want to be part of it.

7. Perseverance and Persistence, very Essential.

• Hardly do people support new and fresh ideas.

• So keep doing what you are doing, and do it excellently and soon you will excel beyond your widest dream.
