CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY• A full refund will be given if you cancel by 5:00 p.m., May 23, 2012. • Th ose canceling after 5:00 p.m., May 23 through June 4, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. will receive a refund of

the registration fee minus a $65 administrative fee. A link to the course materials will be sent to you by email. Course materials on CD-ROM or USB drive will be mailed to you after the conference. If you prefer printed course materials, you may order them individually for $75.00.

• NO REFUND will be given for cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 4, 2012; the course materials selected on your registration will be mailed to you in consideration of tuition paid. Only onsite registration will be available after 5:00 p.m. on June 4, 2012.
