Over eight hundred strands of lights are available through this exchange program, administered by the Valley Innovative Energy Watch (VIEW) and Southern California Edison. Participating Locations: City of Hanford : Recreation Department in City Hall, 321 N. Douty St., Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. City of Lindsay : City Hall Finance Department, 251 E. Honolulu, Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. City of Porterville : City Hall Parks & Recreation, 291 N. Main Street, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. City of Tulare : Corporation Yard, 3981 S. K Street, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. City of Visalia : Visalia Senior Center, 310 N. Locust St., December 1-10 only, 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. AND Recreation Ballpark Ticket Office, 300 N. Giddings, December 1-10 (M-F only), 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. City of Woodlake : City Hall Bill Pay Center, 350 N. Valencia Blvd, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. County of Kings : Government Center, Public Works, 1400 W. Lacey Blvd., Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. LED lights will help save you money during the holiday season. According to the ENERGY STAR ® website (energystar.gov), they can consume 70% less energy and last up to ten times longer than traditional incandescent bulbs. They are cool to the touch, which reduces the risk of fire. LED lights are more durable, performance tested for cold weather and come in a variety of colors, shapes and strand lengths. Every Southern California Edison customer who brings a strand of traditional incandescent

holiday lights to a participating location can exchange it for a new energy-efficient light emitting

diode (LED) light strand for free! Over eight hundred strands of lights are available through this
