We are looking for a Community Supports Supervisor tosupport the people we serve in their homes and in thecommunity. SESDAC serves over 70 adults with developmen-tal disabilities in the Vermillion area. You will be responsiblefor management of a community based group home that sup-ports adults to live and work in the Vermillion area.

Minimum qualications are as follows: 5 years combinationof college education and D/D experience. (3 of the 5 yearsmust be college education). BA/BS degree in related eldpreferred. Salary range will be $26,143/yr or more depending oneducation and experience.

This individual must have excellent verbal and written commu-nication skills, great attitude, computer use capabilities, and bevery exible. Primary duties include providing supports to theindividuals including: personal nances, community inclusion,direct support, current and long range support plans, medicationadministration, leadership, supervision of employees, etc. Thisposition will also have some On-Call responsibilities.

This position is generally Monday through Friday withmostly daytime hours.We offer a great benets packageincluding paid health and dental insurance, matching 401K plan, generous personal and sick leave and a great familyoriented organization.
