To be eligible for this rebate, follow the 4 steps below:1. Purchase eligible retail products.

Purchase TurboTax for tax year 2005 on or before 4/17/06 AND Quicken 2006 between 11/17/05 and 4/17/06.

2. Complete rebate form on the back of this page, OR, if you have Internet access, you can complete and print an online rebate form. The online rebate form is convenient and allows you to track your rebate status online. Go to www.intuitrebates.com and select the “Get Your Rebate” option. Complete and print the rebate form.

3. Attach BOTH of the following required proofs of purchase:• ORIGINAL TurboTax AND Quicken UPC codes, and

• PHOTOCOPY of dated store receipt(s) with TurboTax

Your rebate check will be mailed approximately 4 weeks after receipt of your qualifi ed submission at our rebate processing center. If you do not receive your rebate check after 5 weeks, please visit www.intuitrebates.com to check the status of your submission, or call (800) 605-2652, 8am - 5pm CST, Mon.-Fri., to speak to a rebate specialist. In order to substantiate any claims of non-payment, please make a photocopy of all submitted rebate items, including these instructions, for your records.

Rebate Rules: Offer valid only for customers who purchase TurboTax Basic, Deluxe or Premier 2005 (including plus State) at retail on or before 4/17/06 AND Quicken 2006 Basic, Deluxe, Premier, Premier Home & Business, or Mac at retail between 11/17/05 and 4/17/06. Rebate amount does not include tax, phone, or s/h charges. Not valid or combinable with any other offers unless otherwise specifi ed by Intuit. Limit one TurboTax/Quicken for tax year 2005 rebate per person, company or address per year. All required materials must accompany rebate coupon. Rebate submission must be postmarked by 5/17/06.
