The deck installation was performed by the crane vessel Saipem 7000, in 3 main lift from 29th October to 11th November 2004 as follows:
Integrated deck, 12,100 T weight in lifting condition. This was the world record as single offshore lift
Living Quarter, 1,700T weight, accommodation for 117 people
Flare, 700T weight & 117m length
Other minor lifts
The process plant is designed to treat:
• 25 MlnSm3/d of dry Gas• 5,100 m3/d of condensate

The Living Quarter installation was performed by the crane vessel Saipem 7000 early November 2004 during the Deck installation campaign
The living Quarter, 1,700T weight is capable to accommodate 117 people

Each of the 11 subsea Xmas Tree has the following main features:

The protection is granted by two PSM with production facilities

The process consists of gas sweetening, sulphurremoval, gas dehydration for water removal and hydrocarbon dew point control with NGL extraction (6,400 bbl/day)

The total recovery capacity is 528 Ton/day of sulphur
Each train consists of MDEA absorber, MDEA regenerator, thermal reactor and sulphurcondenser pit
