the nice area with many other tropical fruits in amongst the cocoa... all in good

both in good condition... other buildings comprise of dwelling house and two small

guest cabins... would be ideal place to set up small enterprise producing circa 10000lbs

70% chocolate per year or continue selling the beans to local factory as we do for

$1.680,000 per year. Total Income = 840 tons x 2000 = 1.680,000 x $4 per kilogram at

= $1.680, 000 per year. Prices very stable, very low investment and demand increasing

every year.

The minimum guaranteed price is paid directly to the producer co-op. The minimum

floor price is currently set at US$2000/metric ton (MT) for conventional cocoa beans

and US$2300/MT for organic cocoa beans.
