2 day "Certified Demand Driven Planner" (CDDP) course & programme 10/11 May 2016, Henley-on-Thames, UK 8/9 November 2016, Henley-on-Thames, UK The Certified Demand Driven Planner Program (see below for details) was created by a global partnership between the ISCEA and the Demand Driven Institute (DDI) with the specific purpose to educate Supply Chain & Operations Management personnel on the methods and applications of Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP). The CDDP is internationally accredited by the IISB. Upon successful completion of the exam (which is included in the course fee and is conducted on-line in the participant’s own time), the participants receive the CDDP certificate and may place “CDDP” in their professional title. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 1/2 day workshop "Deploying DDMRP in your company" 12 May 2016 - 08.30 to 12.00, Henley-on-Thames, UK 10 November 2016 - 08.30 to 12.00, Henley-on-Thames, UK During this workshop, moderated by SmartChain, the participants will learn and discuss the key enablers and barriers to successful implementation of DDMRP. Topics include: stakeholder management; change management; business case development; pilot selection; deployment approach; demonstration of a DDMRP compliant software (Orchestr8); use of simple simulation tools. Note: this 1/2 day workshop is not part of the CDDP curriculum.
