Symptom

l Synchronization between SLD  and LMDB is not occurring hence data is not updated in LMDB  l In Transaction SM37, the LANDSCAPE FETCH job status is Canceled.  l The Job details show the error: "Central Data Copy Canceled, Predecessor Job still Active Message no. SMSY_APPL_LOG013" l Checking transaction SM12 chek that table RSTABLE is locked.

Environment

l Solution manager 7.1 and above l LANDSCAPE FETCH JOB

Cause

The TABLE RSTABLE is locked by SMSY_SYSTEMALL ALL_SYSTEMS

Resolution

Delete the lock on table RSTABLE in SM12. The entry should contain informations like: Client <client number> user <user number> Table  RSTABLE Lock  SMSY_SYSTEM_ALL    ALL_SYSTEMS

Example for a default installation with client 001:

Client 001 user SOLMAN_BTC Table  RSTABLE Lock  SMSY_SYSTEM_ALL    ALL_SYSTEMS
