Which in Sabarkhantha distirct . in account work Oracle Granito ltd is starting at 4 Aug 2004. In Oracle Granito ltd also studies about Ration analysis . It helpful to me for making decision . the future decision is also helpful to predict about management part year . Ceramic Tiles today have become an integral part of home improvement. It can make a huge difference to the way your interiors and outdoors look and exprees. The Indian tiles industry , despite an overall slowdown of the economy , continues to grove at a healthy 15% per annum . Investment in the last 5 year have aggregated over Rs. 2000 cores and production during 2006-07 stood at approx . 340 million sq mats. The Indian tile industry is divided into organized and unorganized sector. The organized sector companies of approximately 16 player . The current size of the unorganized sector is about Rs 3000 cores . Indian ranks in then 5 list of countries in term of title production in the world.

With regional office in Delhi , Mumbai , ahmedabad , and banglor. The company also has a presence in the international market. ORACLE GRANITO LTD is a closely held limited company , having register office at shop no . 322/1, near kubereshwer mahadev ,saijapur bogha,naroda road , Ahmedabad was incorporated on 4 th August , 2003 under the company Act ,1956 in state Gujarat and register of company ,Gujarat . Further the company has the demand and premium wall tiles which is picking up day by day. The demand is presently met bt the importing the same from countries like spain , brazil , Italy , china , etc…..thus the company has decided to import the wall tiles from various and sell under its brand.

4.1 Study objective

I prepare my project report in ORACLE GRANITO LTD on financial analysis. Financial analysis provided all financial background the company.

To calculatd ratio analysis To know about the working capital of the company To know about the preparation of the common size statement & trend analysis.To know about the profitability of company , through per share .To evaluate profit & loss and balance sheet .

4.2 Methodology

Research methodology is focused on casual relationship between the financial sector and real sector development . it bill as try to identify a core set of financial services . That necessary for poverty , reducing growth and the institutional structure that have been more successful in providing them. Focus studies within each them will clarity the key issue to be explored country based research . The link between the financial sector growth and poverty reduction will be ex plored. At a micro level looking in at saving and overall policy environment. At a micro level looking put terms of demand and supply for household and anterior.

4.3 Data collection

I prepare my project report in ORACLE GRANITO LTD. On financial analysis and I have chosri primary as well as secondary method of data collection of the company . I prepared this project report using two types of method .

1) Primary method 2) Secondary method

I prepared though both the method. With the help of primary method I collection the financial data of the company like Profit & loss A/C and Balance sheet as well as information about company by authority person of the company . With the help of secondary method I collect the data of financial analysis techniques.

The pest analysis is a useful tool for understanding market growth or decline , and apposition , potential and direction for a business. A Pest analysis is a business measurement tool.

B) Government policy : The government is inviting various foreign companies even well known direct marketing existences.

Interpretation This ratio measures the relationship between not profit and sales of the firm . it is depended on the concept of the profit employees. We can see that the profit employee ratio is in the year 2012-13 is 2.68 which is gait good for the management but in the year 2011-12 become 2.41 which should much comparison for the previous year 2012-13 in 2.64

•Company should keep enough stock for their product as it found that easy available in the main factor affecting for select particular brand . company should increase sales by customer survey in some aria for their support there are not enough sales company should try to get more courage of market .

•This survey in oracle granite is easy availability but I suggested improve the supply in the channel they also try to know that the demand of customer.

•Company has to project the quality factor in all promotional communication in was increase design as per time company has try to create brand awareness among too people.
