7:15   Proposal to dissolve Monaghan Community Forum as per constitution:

12. DISSOLUTION12.1 The Forum may be dissolved by a majority of at least two thirds of members present and voting at a

meeting properly convened for the purpose.

12.2 In the event of dissolution any assets of the Forum shall be transferred to a body with similar aims and objectives.
