This training course, organised together with the German Federal Judo Association (DJB), is aimed at Judo IPPON Girls and POWER Boys aged 8 through 17 years from the 7th kyu. Four IJF Super Stars under the lead of Olympic Gold Medal winner Ole Bischof are on the tatami. There will be an auto-graph signing session after the competition training. We will differentiate groups by age and skill level. For international top athletes we are offering a guided Ad-ler Randori during the clinic, where you can meet & greet others from all over the world.

The Self-Defence Course during the Adler Cup in its 3rd year attracts young and older adults from 14 years on and suits beginners, intermediates and experts. Krav Maga in connection with Judo and other self-defence techniques are at the center of this years‘ focal point „knife attack defence“.Florian serves as a law enforcement instructor with international experience in the community.This course is best suited for all accompanying coa-ches and companions and very popular.

Contest Area: 7 tatamis (competition areas) with a minimum of 7x 7 m contest area

Participants: Admissible are club members of DJB, EJU, IJF, born 2000 - 2010, min. 7th Kyu (U9/U11: 8th Kyu),

with valid Judo pass, verified at weigh in. Participants must provide their white/red belts.

Duration: U9/U11/U12 m/f: 2 minutes U14/U15 m/f: 3 minutes U17/U18 m/f: 4 minutes

Awards/Medals: - 1st - 3rd places receive the Olympic Style Adler Cup medal (real gold or silver plated)

- Every contestant receives a certificate of participation (from 5th place on demand)

- The best three judo club teams/dojos/associations each day receive a team trophy

- The best club team throughout the tournament (both days) receives the Adler Cup Trophy.

(team valuation based on points: 1. = 7 pt., 2. = 4 pt., 3. = 2 pt., 5. = 1 pt.)

- There will be miscellaneous special trophies, and the 500 Euro Talent Award.

Enrolment Tool: The new enrolment tool demands a registration of your club or association first. Upon that, parti-

cipants can be added and/or changed. Please only enrol your club/association once.

Cancellations: Changes in the enrolment tool are possible and free of charge. Cancelling participants in the tool

leads to cancelling the guaranteed start ticket and someone from the waitlist will be given admis-

sion instead. Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
