10 YEAR EVAPORATOR COILEXTENDED WARRANTY

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• To qualify for the extended warranty, evaporator coils must be part of an Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute rated and matched system or a specification in a Company provided bulletin or otherwise approved in writing by a authorized company representative.

(Required: HVAC condenser model number and serial number)• HVAC Contractor license number.• Register within 30 days of installation.• Processing fee must be attached with the warranty registration.• The evaporator coil cannot be a replacement for any pre-existing coil.• The evaporator can not be installed in a mobile home, multi-family, or

commercial application.
