Slow down sometimes Take time out of your day to pause and

just let the stress go Take a day off on the weekend

Ask a religious What is it like to be a priest

brother or a sister? How did they find their calling?

Ask a family member Parents Relatives Others can help you when it comes to

certain matters When all else fails ask Grandma and

Grandpa

Find yourself Find what you want and think about it Find what you like to do Find that happy place/thought

Ask yourself what interests you What do you like Things you are good at Make sure you like what you are doing

Relax Don’t get worked up and angry it

doesn’t help Getting angry will slow you down and

take you off course
