• SOCEUR, NAVEUR and MARFOREUR signed MOA

– Goal: Create a habitual ARG/MEU (SOC)-SOCEUR relationship based on common understanding and shared knowledge of tactics, techniques and procedures

– MOA: Establishes an Executive Steering Committee (ESC) to develop POA&M coordinating Pre-Deployment, Deployment, and Post-Deployment activities between SOCEUR and the ARG/MEU (SOC).

• SOCPAC, PACFLT and MARFORPAC developing similar MOA

•CMC / CDR USSOCOM agree to exchange MEU(SOC) and TSOC LNOs while MEU(SOC) located in theater
