Traxx rails attach directly to building walls, allowing you to place storage, worksurfaces, panels, functional tiles and presentation tools wherever you want them.

The simple Traxx rail is the key element of this ingenious system of horizontal support for Footprint worksurfaces and storage, tiles, and more.

Mounting to building walls. Traxx attaches to the existing building structure—studs, blocks or solid masonry—without additional blocking, because of its horizontal orientation.

Traxx maximizes floor space, optimizes vertical space, and eliminates panel redundancy. You can even create a built-in look using standard Footprint components. Traxx allows placement of panels, components and worksurfaces to be 100% off-module. You can field scribe Traxx to work within the constraints of the interior architecture and allow easy access to building utilities.

Traxx traverses columns and building obstructions, making every inch of space available for use. Scribe the worksurface to fit around existing architectural elements and support it from Traxx, to create useful workspace anywhere. Traxx-suspended worksurfaces leave building utilities easily accessible. Tiles can be scribed around light switches, thermostats and building obstacles.

Traxx can be installed anywhere there are walls made of drywall or plaster and backed by studs, blocks or poured concrete.

Once Traxx are in place, lower Traxx supports worksurfaces; upper Traxx holds overheads or can go to 49" height for conference spaces.

Tackable fabric, slat, or marker board tiles mount between Traxx, to turn the walls into useful space.

Start a panel run of any Kimball Office system anywhere along the building wall with Traxx.

Overhead brackets can be positioned anywhere along upper Traxx to attach Footprint storage components to the wall.

Worksurface brackets can be placed anywhere along the lower Traxx. Then connect undersurface storage to the underside of the worksurface.

Traxx mounts to fixed wall architecture, creating system functionality.

Traxx travels around the perimeter of any room so you can create multi-purpose spaces that easily convert to new uses. Now you can put components and presentation tools anywhere you want them— to grab attention, encourage participation and enhance team synergy.

Swivel Marker Board slides along the wall and swings out at an appropriate angle for ideal viewing.

Expandable Flip Chart Holder with marker board surface angles out from the wall to provide an ergonomic writing position.

Flexboards and Swivel Marker Boards can be layered over a wall of tackable fabric tiles, helping you facilitate dynamic and information- rich meetings.

Add functional tiles to bring real utility to Traxx-outfitted walls. Private offices, workrooms, conference and training spaces all gain practicality and efficiency when the walls are put to use. Now you can design the way you want to work, instead of the floor plan dictating how space is used.

Erasable marker board tiles are ideal for offices and meeting rooms. These are available with magnetic surfaces, too.

Fabric tiles can be cut on-site and come with trim channels to provide an expansion joint to compensate for out-of-plumb walls.

Slat tile with fabric above is an economical alternative when overhead storage will cover a portion of the tile.

Slat tiles let you decide where to position productivity-enhancing work tools.
