PIPE AND VESSEL DIVISION

Robinson Metal is an ASME and National Board certified fabricator accredited with both ASME "U" and "S" stamps as well as the national board "R" stamp.

Whether the material requirement is standard carbon steel or various types of stainless steel, Robinson Metal has the expertise to fabricate a variety of vessels and turnkey skid systems in nearly any size or configuration.

Our fabrication process involves the use of state of the art cutting, forming, machining, welding and inspection. We have over 150,000 square feet of production space and up to 22' under the hook in our many overhead crane bays.

Our Quality Control department implements in house and customer driven hold points and initiates in process and final inspections so that all code requirements are met or exceeded. We work with third-party inspection firms as required by the stringent requirements of the ASME code.

DESIGN SUPPORT INCLUDES DETAILED CAD DRAWINGS AND ENGINEERED EXPERTISE TO BUILD VESSELS IN ACCORDANCE WITH STRICT CODES.

• API (American Petroleum Institute) - our experienced team can design and fabricate to meet API standards. API 650 vessels are the standard for oil, gasoline, chemical, and produced water storage throughout the US in refineries, terminals, pipelines, and production facilities. API 620 vessels are high volume and low pressure.

• ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) - Robinson Metal is an ASME certified fabricator; U, S and R stamps. As with every fabrication, each ASME tank is built to meet your exact specifications/requirements and is guaranteed to comply with the ASME code.

Robinson Metal storage vessels meet exact specifications. Tank options include low or high pressure,non code or ASME code, in carbon or stainless steel. With maximum dimensions of 14 feet in diameterand 60 feet long; options of carbon steel or stainless steel, Robinson Metal is your 1-stop source for largeor small volume storage vessels.
