1 Plan time, cost and activities sufficient to estimate the work needed and to effectively manage risks.
2 Set project organization.

1 Direct periodic project activities.
2 Ensure logbooks are accomplished periodically.
3 Ensure that weekly progress reports are prepared and submitted by all concerned.
4 Ensures schedules and performance levels (quantity and quality) are met.
5 List construction deficiencies and blunders and indicate in the logbook. List also t the recommended remedial action.

R E P O R T I N G
1. Conduct weekly coordination meetings.
2. Administer one-on-one meetings, as appropriate.
3. As necessary, engage in consultation meetings.
4. Follow-up field notes/instructions and the like as indicated in the logbook and ensure compliance to agree solutions.
5. As appropriate, ensure letters to construction personnel and / or sub-contractors if deficiencies are noted.
6. Check quality of materials and work.
1. Review progress reports submitted by project participants.
2. Prepare weekly physical & financial accomplishment reports.
3. Prepare weather reports.
4. Prepare monthly employment report.
5. Prepare Equipment Repairs & Maintenance.
6. Prepare Consumption Report on Fuels & Lubricants.
7. Formulate other reports that might be needed.
1 Coordinate effectively with all project participants for smooth project execution.
C O O R D I N A T I O N
1. Observe and monitor progress of work and disbursements.
2. Evaluate the work, accomplished in the progress.
3. Accomplish the punch list form, if necessary.
4. Identify potential deficiencies in a timely manner and corrective action can be taken, when necessary.
5. Subsequently check compliance to corrective/remedial measures set.
6. Project performance is observed and measured regularly to identify variances.
