1. Company Background
Pantheon Tankers Management (PTM) was established in July 2012 within Maran Tankers Management (MTM),
with the aim of becoming independent and undertake the full management of 16 tankers of the current MTM fleet.

2. Company Facts
1. The owners of the PTM fleet are the same but wish to take the management of their vessels in house.
2. All PTM ships will come from the MTM existing fleet plus new acquisitions.
3. The PTM ships personnel (i.e. Greek Senior Officers and Filipino crew) remain the same and are chosen from the existing MTM pool of seafarers.
4. Shore based personnel have been sourced mainly from experienced existing MTM staff.
5. Additional recruited personnel have extensive tanker management qualifications and experience.
6. Greek and Maltese Flags are retained.

3. Transition Plan
A Maltese DOC as a branch of MTM was issued to PTM in July 2012, PTM moved to their own premises in March 2013, DNV issued a full term DOC on behalf of Malta flag and retained the SMC
certificates of Maltese flag vessels without additional audits, Initial TMSA rating to stage 1 was reported in February 2013, PTM underwent a DNV audit for a full term Hellenic flag DOC and
ISO14001 certificate in July 2013, The shipboard audit for ISO 14001 was carried out in September 2013, In February 2014 the TMSA rating reported is:
stages 1 and 2 full compliance, stages 3 and 4 only limited compliance.

3. Transition Plan
As of February 2014, nine tankers have been transferred to PTM management:
● PHAETHON ● SEA LION
● PATROCLUS ● SEA LYNX
● ASTRO PHOENIX ● ASTRO PERSEUS
● ASTRO SCULPTOR ● CAESAR
● PEGASUS
The aim is to manage 17-20 tankers by December 2014.
