A leading edge of a rotating blade of an impeller is formed in an arc recessed in a direction opposite to a rotating direction of the impeller. An angle where an extended line of the recessed arc of the leading edge meets another extended line of a curve of a side edge is set in an acute angle of 30 to 37 degrees in a front view so that a leading tip of the rotating blade may be projected in the rotating direction. An opening angle of a suction-side slant portion of a venturi casing is set in the range of 12 to 17 degrees and an opening angle of a discharge-side slant portion is set in the range of 30 to 35 degrees.

[57] Abstract:

An apparatus for picking and placing or for picking and transferring or for picking, placing and pressing semiconductor components is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a motor for generating power to rotate a turret which holds a plurality of pick up heads, a plurality of pressers, wherein each of said pressers is a voice coil assembly which consist of voice coil actuator assemblies, at least one stationary frame to secure said voice coil assemblies and a controller means to control the direction and magnitude of displacement of said voice coil actuator assemblies. When current flows into voice coil in said voice coil actuator assembly, electromagnetic force is generated in vertical direction, forcing said actuators to press said pick up heads located directly below said actuators at a particular moment, which in turn reaches to and press on wafers or semiconductor components located below said pick up heads. The pressing force, speed and direction of each actuator can be controlled individually. Furthermore, this invention includes safety measures wherein a real time actuator position feedback system is used to confirm the displacement of said actuators and an urging device is used to return the actuators back to their original position in the event of power outage.

In a method for multiple cutoff machining a rare earth magnet block, a cutting fluid feed nozzle having a plurality of slits is combined with a plurality of cutoff abrasive blades coaxially mounted on a rotating shaft, each said blade comprising a base disk and a peripheral cutting part. There is provided a camera module including a plurality of ball bearings to support the driving of a lens barrel at the time of compensating for unintended camera movement due to disturbance such as hand shake. The lens barrel may be driven in first and second directions, independently, by one driving force exerted in the first direction perpendicular to an optical axis and by another driving force exerted in the second direction perpendicular to both the optical axis and the first direction, thereby preventing driving displacement from being generated at the time of compensating for unwanted motion such as hand shake while securing reliability against external impact, and having reduced power consumption at the time of compensating for the disturbance.

[Means foe solving the problems] In a muffler-supporting structure of a unit swing-type motorcycle, which has a power unit 14 and a rear wheel 16, and in which a part extending from the power unit 14 to an axle 39 of the rear wheel 16 is configured as one body and swings together, the muffler-supporting structure includes: an exhaust pipe 45 for delivering exhaust air discharged from the power unit 14; a muffler 46 connected to an end portion of the exhaust pipe 45; and a muffler bracket 47 having a truss structure in which an upper pipe member 81, a lower pipe member 82, and connecting pipe members 86, 87 are combined to support the muffler 46, the muffler bracket 47 being attached to the power unit 14. The muffler bracket 47 at least partially overlaps with an outer cylinder 46A of the muffler 46 in side view of the vehicle.
