Device Overview

The CiTRANS R865 and CiTRANS R860 are high-end routers offered by

FiberHome. They are mainly used at the backbone layer of the IP bearer

network, edge of the IP backbone network, core and distribution layers of the

MAN, distribution layer of the backbone network, as well as the core and

convergence networks in different industries and enterprises.

The CiTRANS R845 is a high-end IP/MPLS router offered by FiberHome. It is

mainly used at the access and distribution layers of the mobile backhaul network

and multi-service MAN.

The CiTRANS R800 series devices provide line rate forwarding through high-

speed interfaces, sound QoS mechanism, carrier-class reliability, abundant

service processing capabilities, flexible service configuration and management,

as well as packet-based time synchronization technology, which meet

requirements of data services and CEN services for network devices.

Card configuration

Optical Transponder Card:

OTU2S: The OTU2S card receives one optical signal (STM-64 / 10GE LAN /

10GE WAN /10GFC / OTU2) from the client side, performs the O / E

conversion and aggregates into one OTU2 / OTU2e / OTU2f signal of

DWDM standard compliant wavelength; outputs the converted signal via

the wavelength division side optical interface to the optical multiplexer card

or the optical add / drop multiplexing card for WDM.
