2. RIGHT ARM AND SCAPULA: torn from body.

3. LEFT ARM: 7 fractures. No use of arm or hand and little feeling in limb because 4 nerves were torn out of her spinal column.

4. SPINAL, THORACIC, LEFT FEMUR: Fractures++

1. PTSD - First Responders need support -trauma counselling, a coffee or meal, a chat.

2. People respond differently – Don’t judge.

3. FIRST AID – is vital - Get trained & ALWAYSRemember the basics.

4. Simple, inexpensive systems save lives - when implemented! Eg “ROS”. Guards, location.

5. Improvise - Have the courage to.

6. Accidents hurt EVERYONE! My “Why”.

7. Most, if not all accidents can be prevented.
