TOPIC 1: IN THE NAME OF ALLAH:

    We should say

before we do anything because we want Allah to help us in whatever we are doing. Ifwe say

Then, Allah keeps Shaitan away from us and he cannot come and try to spoil what we

    are doing.

ALLAH: THE MOST KIND, THE MOST MERCIFUL.

Allah loves us, and when He created us He blessed us with many bounties. He created air for us to breathe.

He created water for us to drink and wash ourselves.

Just think if we had no water what would we do?

Now you know. I begin in the name of Allah, the most Kind and the most Merciful

STORY: IN THE NAME OF ALLAH:

Her husband did not believe that just by saying Allahwould help you. One night, to show his wife that didnot make any difference, the husband took hiswife's ring from the cupboard, where she hadkept it safely, and threw it in the river.

Moral: Always say before you do anything so thatAllah will also look after you and when Allah looks after you then no-one canhurt you.

A long time ago there lived a woman who always

    used to say

beforeshe did anything. Now every night this woman, before she went to sleepwould take off her ring and put it in her cupboard. And,as always, before she took off her ring she would say

The next morning because the woman was lategetting to the shops, she did not have time to get herring, which she thought was still in the cupboard.

The woman went to the shops and bought a fish fortheir dinner that evening. When she got home, shebegan to cut the fish so that she could cook it andwhat do you think she found inside the fish?

The husband was shocked. He then told her how he hadthrown her ring in the river. He also told her how sorry hewas and that now he truly believed that Allah looks after

    anyone who says:

Yes, there was her ring that her husband had thrown in the river. The fish hadswallowed it. The woman was very surprised to find her ring in the fish, and when her

husband came home she told him all about it.

    TOPIC 2: EXISTENCE OF ALLAH:

Long ago there lived a wise king who ruled over a kingdom in which some of thepeople believed in Allah and some did not.

To find out who was right and who was wrong, the wise king decided that thebelievers and the non-believers should sit together and discuss it.

When the time arrived for the discussion, the unbelievers came but the wise old manwho was a believer did not come.

Everyone waited and waited but the old man still did not come. The unbelievers saidthat he had not come because they were right and that there was no god.

At last the wise old man came. Everyone wanted to know why he was so late. So theking asked him to explain why he was so late.

The man explained that he had left home in time but to get to there he had to cross ariver and when he reached the river there was no boat there.

Everyone in the court listened. The man then continued with his explanation.

All the unbelievers were very angry and called the old man a liar.

The wise old man asked the people why they did not believe his story of the boat

being made by itself, while they wanted everyone to believe that this whole world andeverything in it had been made by itself, as they did not believe in Allah as theCreator.

None of the unbelievers could answer the wise old man, and so the believers won thediscussion.

He then told everyone that while he waswaiting for a boat, some piecesof wood suddenly started coming out ofthe water by themselves and fixingthemselves to each other with nails until aboat was made all by itself.

It took a while for this boat to make itselfand the old man had to wait, so thatis why he was late.

    Now you know.

That although we cannot see Allah, we know He exists from all the

    things He has made
