Final cut proFinal cut will cost $300 or £244, which is required to be paid once. This software has been made by apple (which means its only on apple products) to appeal to an average mac user, which means it has a lot more of a simple layout while sill having the powerful editing tools allowing you to manipulate the image to your needs. But the more experienced editors might be come frustrated with the magnetic time line as it being easier meaning it does not have the amount of control the more experienced editors have come to expect. The software will also require updates to run and cannot run on older versions of the software and the updates have set dates. The software cannot handle 4k videos

Premier proPremier pro will cost £180 a year, which in the long term will end up costing a sustainably bigger amount. The software is apart of the adobe creative suite, which is one of the better-known packages famous for its photography editing software called Photoshop. Premier is considered quite similar to final cut pro 7 which would make a good transition to from final cut pro for more experienced editors. Because of the in-depth nature of the software it can be harder to navigate and even though it probably has the ability to do what you want to do it would be hard to find the place where the tools are located. The software also is cross platform as it works on both PC and Mac computers. This software can also handle 4k videos.
