Advertisement Fixed Term – 12 months Coordinator: Project Monitoring and Evaluation The Wholesale and Retail Sector for Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA) seeks to employ a Project Coordinator: Monitoring & Evaluation, who will report directly to the Executive Manager: Project Management Office. This position is based at our Head Office in Centurion. Key Performance Areas will include but not be limited to the following: Analyse project listing and linked contracts to compile a monitoring site visit schedule for approval Coordinate monitoring Site visits Allocate monitoring site visits to the Project Officer: monitoring Liaise with project owners, managers and external stakeholder to arrange monitoring visits Review monitoring site visit reports prior to submission to the Project Specialist: monitoring Escalate problems identified on problematic projects to the Project Specialist: monitoring Review of travel re-imbursements for approval Coordinate oversee the updating of the Project Management Office Library Monitor the monitoring budget Ensure data integrity is maintained by all project users Assist with preparation for audits (internal and external) Adherence, implementation and review of internal controls and risk management Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Required: Relevant degree or national diploma Minimum of 3 Years project management experience and practical knowledge Experience in implementing ETD projects with contactable references Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Required: Relevant degree or national diploma Minimum of 3 Years project management experience and practical knowledge Experience in implementing ETD projects with contactable references

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

W&RSETA policies and procedures, understanding of relevant legislation; Knowledge of the Wholesale and Retail Sector industry; Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (PMBOK, etc.) Membership of relevant professional Project Management Association/s (PMI and/or PMSA) will

be an added advantage; Good report writing and business writing skills; Computer literacy – proficient in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Ms Project; Well-developed interpersonal skills , analytical thinking and problem solving; Excellent communication skills , time management and stress management ; Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure; Willingness and ability to travel extensively; Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license.
