Mammals are warm-blooded. They have hair or fur. They give birth to live young and the mother feeds the babies with milk. Mammals breathe with lungs.

Grizzly Bears have certain characteristics that make them a mammal.

What a grizzly bear looks like.

A grizzly bear looks like a polar bear but a grizzly is smaller and has brown fur. He has long, thick, brown, black, red, or blonde fur. They have long claws on both of there paws.

A grizzly bear has a large hump on it shoulders.

What a Grizzly Eats.

A grizzly bear eats a lot. He eats berries, fish, elk, moose,

grass, and fruit. Grizzly bears are omnivores. They eat plants and meat.

Habitat

A grizzly bear does not live where it is very cold. They live in cool mountains, forests, and river valleys. They could live in a cave to.

Weight A grizzly bear weigh up to 1,500
