Serie LX y LEstos reductores se suminis-tran con lubricante incorpora-do. El aceite suministrado es de larga duracin y esta indicado en la PLACA DE CARACTERS-TICAS. En caso de utilizar un aceite distinto al indicado en la PLACA DE CARACTERSTICAS deber vaciarse el lubricante contenido en el reductor y lle-narlo con el tipo elegido hasta el nivel (cantidad indicada en las tabla N 1 y 2)

No mezclar lubricantes de di-ferentes marcas.

Serie LX y LDiese Getriebe werden mit Sch-mierlfllung geliefert. Das ge-lieferte Schmierl ist auf dem TYPENSCHILD angegeben. Falls ein anderes Schmierl als das auf dem TYPENSCHILD angegebene zur Verwendung kommen soll, muss das im Ge-triebe enthaltene Schmierl ent-leert und das Getriebe mit dem gewhlten Schmierl bis zum entsprechenden lstand gefllt werden (die jeweilige Menge ist auf Tabelle Nr. 1-2 angegeben).Schmierle verschiedener Marken drfen nicht miteinan-der gemischt werden.

Los lubricantes suminis-trados con los reductores cumplen con la normativa de homologacin USDA-H2 lo cual significa que pueden ser recomendados en la industria alimentaria y farmacutica, siempre que sea imposible un contacto con los alimen-tos. Bajo demanda pueden suministrarse los reductores con lubricantes bajo homo-logacin USDA-H1 lo cual significa que pueden ser utilizados en la industria ali-mentaria y farmacutica, all donde puede existir un con-tacto ocasional tcnicamente inevitable entre los alimentos y el lubricante

1.- Clculo de potencia

Determinar la potencia o par de salida necesario, te-niendo en cuenta que las potencias que se indican en las tablas han sido estable-cidas considerando que los reductores tendrn un fun-cionamiento de 8 horas dia-rias con carga uniforme, (sin sobrecargas en el arranque ni en marcha). Si la transmi-sin que se proyecta no se ajusta a las caractersticas indicadas, deber corregirse la potencia de acuerdo con la tabla N 4 de clasificacin de cargas y con la N 5 de coeficientes de correccin.

Ejemplo:Reductor para montacargas con motor elctrico de 2.2 kW, funcionamiento 8-10 horas diarias.Segn tabla N4: Carga moderada.Segn tabla N5: Coeficien-te 1.25.Pot. corregida:2.2 kW x 1.25 = 2.75 kW

Una caracterstica de los re-ductores de tornillo sin fin es la irreversibilidad, es decir que no pueden ser accionados por el eje de salida.Esta propiedad depende de la inclinacin de la hlice del filete del tornillo, que vara en cada reductor, y de factores externos tales corno vibra-ciones, sacudidas, esfuerzos alternativos, lubricacin, etc. A modo de orientacin se da la siguiente tabla, aunque es casi imposible asegurar la irreversibilidad de un reductor. Cuanto ms alejados estn los reductores irreversibles de la zona neutra, tanto ms pro-bable ser su irreversibilidad.En la tabla se han dividido los reductores en tres grupos:

Anhand der folgenden Tabelle kann man die Selbsthemmung der Sch-neckengetriebe ersehen. Man unterscheidet drei Gruppen:

Une des caractristiques des rducteurs vis sans fin est celle de lirrversibilit, cest--dire quils ne peuvent pas tre actionns par larbre de sortie.Cette proprit dpend de linclinaison de lhlice du filet de la vis, variable dans cha-que rducteur et aussi des facteurs externes comme vi-brations, secousses, efforts alternatifs, lubrification, etc. A titre dexemple reportez- vous au tableau ci-contre, toute-fois il est presque impossible dassurer lirrversibilit dun rducteur. Quand les rduc-teurs irrversibles sont plus loigns de la zone neutre, lirrversibilit est plus pro-bable. Dans le tableau nous avons divis les rducteurs en trois groupes:

This group can be driven by the output shaft, irrespective of the possible external fac-tors influencing the reversibi-lity.

2.- Neutros / Neutrale / Neutral / Neutres

Los de este grupo pueden ser reversibles an en ausencia de los factores externos si el tornillo sin fin recibe un impul-so inicial

Diese Getriebe haben keine Selbsthemmung und knnen daher an den Abtriebswellen gedreht werden, wenn ein entsprechender usserlicher Einfluss auftritt.

With this group, even without the external factors being applied the worm can be re-served provided it receives an initial impulse.

3.- Irreversibles / Selbsthemmende / Non-reversible / Irreversibles

Los reductores denominados irreversibles no pueden accio-narse por el eje de salida en ausencia de los factores ex-ternos de reversibilidad.

Getriebe sind selbsthemmend und knnen nicht an den Ab-triebs wellen gedreht werden. Externe Einflsse knnen die Selbsthemmung aufheben.
