What is it that you can tell your customers which will make them contact you? What pieces of information need to be covered on your site? These are some fundamental questions that a customer needs to know the answer to before he can decide to choose you. These are the questions that need to be decided upon in the design phase of a site - whether a new site, or a site redesign.
