huge lake• Existing bar and pay fishing lake business already, licenses and legal structure already created• Good access from 275- the loop that encircles the city of Cincinnati• Prior Land management experience and trained in technical college in this• Prior small farm management in organics and Permaculture• Experienced teacher and designer• Experience in running small business• Experience in sales and management• Established Brand• Strong network within Permaculture and beginning in sustainability in Cincinnati• Green products and services highly desired• Organic food recognized as fetching a premium• Nearby farmers market
