In Camera Editing• In camera editing is where the director shoots the scenes in order therefore the footage is inorder when it is time to be shown.• The first use of in camera editing is in Georges Méliès film ‘The Vanishing Lady. The camera cuts when a cloth is placed over the lady to another shotof Georges removing the sheet to reveal that the lady has vanished

• The first film to use either a ‘tracking shot’ or ‘phantom ride shot’ is the 1899 short comedy ‘The Kiss in the Tunnel’. The film features a shot where the camera is attached to the front of a train as it passes through a tunnel

• The first film to use multiple points of view is 1903s Life of an American Fireman. The film cuts between multiple stories and in turn multiple points of view of one subject.
