• Tectonics is a premier Interiors Contracting Company and the only one in India Who exclusively
manufacture Guest Room Furniture Conforming to International standards of quality of workmanship
and finishes.
• To ensure high quality of workmanship and installation, we have evolved standardized systems gained
over years of experience and feedback from clients, Some of the important steps incorporated in the
standard systems are:
➢Immediately on Confirmation of Orders , and on availability of the Layout Drawings and room
configuration, mark every room with Room Numbers; and measure all critical dimensions relevant
to placement of Furniture .
➢Document Deviations if any from reference standards as per furniture layout drawings.
➢Create templates of few sizes of rooms in proportion to the total no of Guest Rooms.
➢Prepare Shop floor drawings and get approval from clients for taking up production.
• The furniture & fit outs are supplied in CKD/SKD with markings of respective Room Numbers and only
assembling will be carried out at site.
• We have well trained personnel at the manufacturing Plant and at the site to ensure proper coordination
and Installation.

All incoming raw materials and Finished Products go through stringent quantity checks and several barriers have been set up toscreen the input raw materials and the outgoing finished products:
✓Stage 1: Physical Inspection of Incoming raw materials like Timber, Plywood, MDF, HDF, Laminate,Veneer, Paints, and Polishing materials.
✓Stage2: Physical inspection of semi processed materials and ensure defect free input for nextstage of production.
✓Stage3: Inspection of goods in process at intermediate stage to check dimensional accuracy andconformity with shop floor drawings and segregate the defective ones if any.
✓Stage4: Assembly of Random set of components to Check conformity with the drawings and alsotry the interchangeability of components in order to check the dimensional stability andtolerances.
✓Stage5: Physical Inspection of Semi processed Components/elements/assy for any visible defectsand take corrective actions before being sent for the pre finishing Stage
✓Stage 6: Pre finishing operations like sanding, fillings, re-sanding and for re-inspection, and takingcorrective actions if necessary
QUALITY CHECKS & BARRIERS
✓Stage 7: Finishing operations like Polishing, Painting, and Curing
✓Stage 8: Re Inspection of Semi-finished goods before final finishing operations andsegregate the defective components if any
✓Stage 9: Final Finishing operations
✓Stage 10: Pre dispatch inspection, check for any aberrations and segregate the defectiveitems if any
✓Stage 11: Follow the standard code of practice to assign designated numbers with clearlyvisible markings
✓Stage 12: Employ the right protective packing materials and follow the set procedures topack the finished goods fit for transit.
