Here you can see how I have created my sprite this is my first sprite called player one I created this by going to sprites and clicking create sprites I found this to be a simple task and decided to make it the main character in which I am using currently. Here you can see me creating my player object for my game I did this so that my player sprite had somewhere to go in my game so by creating my object it makes it easier to place sprites into my rooms and other things like that.

Here you can see how I have created my sprite this is my first sprite called player one I created this by going to sprites and clicking create sprites I found this to be a simple task and decided to make it the main character in which I am using currently.

Here you can see me creating my player object for my game I did this so that my player sprite had somewhere to go in my game so by creating my object it makes it easier to place sprites into my rooms and other things like that.

Here you can see me adding an event to my game this is used to trigger something within my game this could also be triggered by an alarm but this is also used to make things happen within the game itself this allows the game to become more predictable as well.

Here you can see me coding this is my first piece if coding for my game this was just to see if I could code and to see if everything would work this is just to see if my work would handle from any change I would make to it.

Here you can see my coding for movement this was important due to the fact it was the controls for my player sprite this is used to move the player sprite left right up and down this is a main part of my coding because it is used for my players movement threw out my game.

Here you can see me creating my room this is used for my game to place objects and other things in like alarms and stuff like that to make my game run better and just all round better by putting things in here which will be in the game.

Here you can see my player sprite moving in the level this is just to show that my player sprite moving and to show that my coding has work correctly so it will be able to run in my game when I add further things into it.

Here you can see me making my player boarders this is to prevent my player or enemies falling of my map this is important to prevent any coding errors of problems within my game.

Here you can see my boarders preventing me from going of the map this is to show that my coding has been done correctly so it can’t fall of the map so it is prevented by an invisible wall which blocks it.

Here you can see my Code for particle system this was for the explosions and the fire at the back of my ships this was used for my effects triggered within my game.

Here you can see my laser being shot from my sprite this was easy because all I had to do was a little bit of coding to get it to shoot I also enabled the laser to blow up the enemy sprites from impact this was important for my game to run correctly.

Here you can see me making my enemy sprites I made both enemy one and two at the same time to ensure they were similar and to ensure that I didn’t forget how to code it after doing the first one here is the results of this.

Here you can see my enemies on my map this was my first set of enemies in which I later change the appearance of because I decided to go with a whole different theme for my game this image is just to show the results of my coding for my first enemy sprites.

Here you can see me coding in the enemy laser projectiles which will shoot at my player sprite this is used to react at my player sprite to prevent it from being blown up this is used threw out my enemy sprites to give the player sprite a challenge.

Here you can see my scoring system along with the health bar which is now purple instead of red this is to show that when my player is being shot at and it blows up an enemy sprite it will regain health to prevent any further action of it being blown up.

Here you can my third enemy this is a gun turret placed at the bottom of the map to be more like another obstacle for the player this ensures that the game will stay intense and even harder so it should keep you on your toes.

Here is my object set up for my enemy 3 sprite this is to make sure that my enemy is in my level and that it works threw out the game it is an important part of putting an enemy in a room and it wouldn’t work if you didn’t code it into the room.

Here is the menu screen for my game this was put into my game to prepare the players instead of just throwing them into the game I put it here to give an idea of what the game would look like and to tell them how to play the game.

Here is the final product of my game I have made some big changes to the game by changing everything from the colours of the enemy and the player and I have change the overall theme of my game this was to fit into my idea and to ensure the game looked as good as possible.

Here is my games name with a little thing at the bottom to tell people how to start the game it is a really easy process putting this into my title screen and I found this to also be quick because it was just a matter of putting down some text.

Here is my new player ship design this is my final design this was my best ship design and I had to change the colour of all of my ships to make them fit into the theme of my game it was easy to make and I found it enjoyable to make this ship.
