Keep this in mind!

This is a unique opportunity.

This is a unique problem. This is a unique time.

It probably doesn’t have unique solution

Very few will tie User Experience with business “transformation”. Sprint can’t afford to go wrong.

This is not just a design problem. If it was it would have been solved several months back.

What you already know.

This problem has no unique answer. Every one will not agree to one solution. It will be difficult to prove your point “better” than other. Successful teams knows when to stop arguing and start doing. Time is opportunity. Minimize conflict by removing your “personal” self – focus on

“issues” There will be better time to revisit, influence the decision. Decide

how and when(?)

You are unique, like everybody else :-)

Opinion vs. Advocacy. Avoid – My-Way-Or-Highway. Negotiate. Avoid – All-Or-Nothing-At-All. Make sacrifices for the common good. Connect with the vision. Minimize conflict by removing your “personal” self – focus on

“issues”. Disagree, but accept the decision once it is made.
