What if you took responsibility for your own actions instead of blaming someone else?


What if you never said,” Sorry that’s not in my job description?”• Instead, you accepted other responsibilities, and become

a “go-to” employee.

You have skills, strengths, and experiences that no one else has. Use these to your competitive advantage.
