- They perform more research on employers
- They have access to more information
- They are very impatient
- They expect companies to follow developmental trends
- They treasure proper correspondences with prospective employers

They expect Employers/Organisations
• To be on Social Media (They Treat absence on social Media a serious crime)
• Have a running website where they can possibly get information
• Be totally Digital!

• Industry Research Platforms: Slideshare/ Video Sharing
• Newsletter Marketing
• SMS Marketing
• Influencer/Friend Sharing via Broadcast Messaging
• OLX, JIJI, Job Boards, Nairaland,BBM, forums
Social Media/LinkedIn
• Improve social media presence.
• Sponsor the “careers page”link of petros-consulting.
• Create company profile
-Create a Petros Consulting Job group
- Join Groups. Share jobs on these groups
- Create industry-interested content on LinkedIn
- Leverage Banner Advertising

• With a well optimised Website, we can increase traffic to our own website when people click links on jobberman.com or hotnigerian jobs (job boards) and are able to register directly or upload directly on petros-consulting.com
• NB : Aim is to grow our “careers page”via on-site job applications. Other jobs can catch their interest and they can share using social Media buttons
SMS Marketing
• Text messaging is a great way to inform people of latest job openings
• Insert link to Job Page on petros-consulting.com
Forums
• The following sites are free sites, and these sites have awesome traffic: Nairaland, OLX, JIJI, BBM etc.
• We can posts ads with the link on these platforms
Sharing is Caring
• This is perhaps the easiest way of passing job information in Nigeria
• Everybody has to share: on Instagram, Facebook...BBM, Whatsapp, Whatsapp groups
Newsletter Marketing
• Send newsletter blasts on available jobs that have been updated on company’s website to existing and new email database
Video Marketing
• PushCV used video marketing to get themselves heard. Sponsored Videos on YouTube
• They used Falz the Bad Guy to drive job seekers to their site
• We can do engaging videos with funny taglines. Eg. “This is Why Nigerian Youths are Jobless.” Create interactive videos with a call-to-action
