Kevin Brennan, CBAP, PMP, is IIBA Vice President, Professional Development. He led the development of Version 2.0 of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge ®
(BABOK ® Guide) and was also one of the authors of the CBAP® exam. He is a frequent speaker on business analysis, project management, and software quality assurance topics at conferences. Kevin has over a decade of experience as a business analyst and project manager across several industry sectors, including regulated professions, utilities, automobile manufacturing, courier services, and mortgage banking.

To Qualify for the Exams Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™
(CCBA™) Minimum 3,750 hours of BA work, aligned with the BABOK® Guide, in the
last 7 years. These hours must include EITHER: 900 hours in 2 out of 6 BABOK® Guide Knowledge Areas, OR 500 hours in 4 out of 6 BABOK® Guide Knowledge Areas
Minimum 21 hours of Professional Development in the last 4 years
Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) Five years work experience in past 10 years or 7500 hours
