PS : In summer of last year, I was asked to step in as Interim CEO of a family company, yet withpresence all over Westen Europe (www.vbbeton.com) - and two factories in Belgium and East Germany -that was recently acquired by a private equity (ww.e-capital.be). Whilst professionalising most of itsbusiness processes, I am also rebuilding from scratch all its management teams, from sales to plantmanagers, and starting up a new production hall in East-Germany.
