It s my great pleasure to open applications for team which will lead AIESEC in Serbia in term 16.17.

How do you envision next year of your life? Do you see a path full of extraordinary moments? A year full of challenges, a year of learning, a year of your development and a year of your contribution? If your answer is yes then this is opportunity made for you!

AIESEC in SerbiaAIESEC Yugoslavia was founded in 1953. As one of the first countries whichjoined small international network together with Austria, UK, Switzerland andGermany.

Yugoslavia was first country from “East block” which become part of AIESEC.Everything started with students from Economical faculties met and wanted tobecome part of young and ambition organization which could make them toforget on consequence left from World War II.

In 2003 Yugoslavia stopped existing as a country, and on it s 50th birthdayAIESEC Yugoslavia become AIESEC Serbia and Montenegro.

In 2006 State union of Serbia and Montenegro come to an end, which lead tosetting up –AIESEC SERBIA.

Important conference organized by AIESEC Serbia: International congress at2003, EuroCo at 2004, EuroXpro 2007, Global Leader s Summit at 2013 – IPM.

At the moment AIESEC in Serbia has 7 LCs and 5 SUs. 4 LCs together with MCare situated in Belgrade, other 3 are all in different cities.

Role and responsibility of national team

• Creation and implementation of National strategy and direction

• Creation and implementation of National and functional projects

• Providing and delivering support for LC VPs (coaching, functional meetings, functional summits, conference cycle, consultancies and webinars) in order to implement of functional processes in LCs

• Ensure and provide functional knowledge about functional area of LC VPs and transition for new LC VPs

• Obligatory attendance on MC meetings, team days and conferences

• Manage national conferences and events• Coaching of LCs• Transition – prepare and run• Contribute and active participation in

Global (functional) Network• Working, coordination, tracking and

coaching of MC managers• Ensure implementation of Team

MC Structure

**** All positions are open for candidates fulfilling criteria stated in AIESEC Serbia National Compendium.

International candidates are welcome to apply for national team of AIESEC in Serbia and answer on

questions in following areas: oGIP, oGCDP, iGIP, iGCDP, TM and OD.

*****Candidates are applying for MC. Final structure and positions will be defined when all team will be selected

by MCP.

2. Please provide us the details about your highest academic achievements, studies completed and other relevant academic background.

3. Please list language (s) understood, and level of knowledge (N - native; A - excellent; B - good; C - fair)

4. Please indicate your years of AIESEC membership and list all position held and for each year. For each position choose main achievement.

5. Please summarize all National and International Meetings/Conferences you have attended.

6. Imagine that you are representative of AIESEC in Serbia on World Economic Forum, how would you represent influence of AIESEC?

1. Evaluate financial state and performance of every entity in AIESEC Serbia for the last term. Which are the main factors that lead to it?

2. What are 3 main points each LCs and MC should focus on in the next term in order to boost their financial position and performance?

4. What strategies would you propose to make sure that Finance area is supporting massive growth of our entity?

5. What would be crucial touchpoints and channels through which you would ensure implementation of strategies and initiatives from national level?

1. Please evaluate MKT area in AIESEC in Serbia so far, per each LC and MC. What do you se as key changes so far? Take one of them and create development path for it.

2. How do you see evolution of MKT in AIESEC in Serbia for term 16.17? What do you see as main external trends and how would you embed them in your term? Take into consideration all changes that our platform is going through.

3. Please analyze current state of main MC MKT areas (IT&Digital, Public Relations, University relations & Design). Which structure would you suggest for your managers and why? Please create development path for each area.

4. Please evaluate current state of support from MKT side for following programs: Global Talent, Global Entrepreneurs, Global Citizen and Future Leaders. Which changes would you make in MKT in order to have better support of this programs?

5. What do you see as main synergies for MKT? Please evaluate current state of those synergies and propose plan how would you organize them on national and local level.

5. How would iGCDP, as function, benefit of your main strengths and how would you use them, in concrete action, to make as smooth as possible the transition period between two MC VPs

1. In terms of up scaling the number of exchange for iGIP, which partnerships would you remain for the upcoming term and which one you would cancel and why? If possible which entities would you include as new ones, and what would be the partnerships standards for iGIP?

2. What were the main bottlenecks in matching and realizing in previous term?

3. If you could create a project with main purpose of boosting iGIP exchange and involving as well companies that are not just TN takers how would it look like?

4. Please provide the assessment of LEAD for iGIP and propose improvements. Please propose the best way of implementing LEAD of 100% in iGIP.

5. Evaluate performance per LC in previous 3 years and main improvements and bottlenecks.

1. Evaluate current state, in term of performance and culture, of each LC in AIESEC Serbia regarding oGCDP and please create a short term strategy, until 1st of September 2016, in order to develop each LC in AIESEC Serbia.

2. Considering the exchange performance of AIESEC in Serbia for Winter Peak 2015, please define the main bottlenecks and provide at least 3 solution to have a better winter peak

3. How would oGCDP, as function, benefit of your main strengths and how would you use them, in concrete action, to make as smooth as possible the transition period between to MCVPs

4. Considering the current market of oGCDPin Serbia and the students needs, which are the main changes that will you bring in the function?

5. Make an personality analysis of current LCVPs and define with concrete action how would you manage them from 1st of July till the end of their term.
