Start the day off right with this Breakfast Pizza: Jarlsberg Cheese Breakfast Pizza 1 cups Jarlsberg Cheese, shredded Pizza dough or store-bought flatbread 4 eggs 4 slices bacon 4-6 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half 1 tbsp. chopped basil, plus one sprig as garnish Freshly ground pepper, salt 1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Roll out the pizza dough to desired thickness or roll out the store-bought flatbread 3. Place the rolled out pizza dough or store-bought flatbread on the prepared baking sheet. Top with Jarlsberg Cheese shredded . Make 4 small wells with the cheese, and crack an egg into each well. Arrange the bacon around the eggs, and top with the chopped basil leaves and the tomato halves. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Asparagus Jarlsberg Tart 2 cups JarlsbergLite Cheese, shredded 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed 1 lb. asparagus 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. fresh thyme leaves Salt, pepper 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Roll out the puff pastry into a 16-by-10 inch rectangle, trimming uneven edges. Place on baking sheet. With a knife, lightly score the pastry dough 1-inch from the edges to mark a rectangle. Using a fork, pierce dough inside the markings at -inch intervals. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. 3. Remove the pastry shell from the oven, and sprinkle with the shredded Jarlsberg Cheese. Trim the bottoms of the asparagus spears to fit crosswise inside the pastry shell arrange in a single layer over the Jarlsberg Cheese, alternating ends and tips. Brush with oil, sprinkle thyme leaves, and season with salt and pepper. Bake until spears are tender, about 20 minutes. Dijon Shrimp Salad using Jarlsberg Lite Cheese cup Jarlsberg Lite Cheese, cubed 1/3 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled and diced 1 tbsp. light mayo or plain Greek yogurt 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard </li><li> 4. 2 tsp lemon juice - divided 2 teas chopped parsley Salt, pepper 2 beefsteak tomatoes, sliced in half 1 cup arugula 1 tsp olive oil 1 small baguette, sliced and toasted 1. In a small bowl, mix the mayo, Dijon, 1 teaspoon of the lemon juice, and parsley. Fold in the diced shrimp and Jarlsberg Lite Cheese. Season with salt and pepper 2. Dress the arugula with the other teaspoon of lemon juice, and the olive oil season with salt and pepper. 3. Place the tomato halves over the arugula, and top with the shrimp salad. While the potatoes are roasting, cook the bacon until crisp. When cool enough to handle, crumble the bacon into bacon bits. 3. Remove the potatoes from the oven. Top them with the shredded Jarlsberg and return to the oven for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
