3) Enable teachers to enhance teaching and learning by practicing blended learning / distance learning / flipped learning, as well as greater personalisation of learning – encouraging BYOD – MOOC in 2017
4) Meet student expectations; mobile learning access to learning anytime, anywhere, offering and more engaging and flexible education
5) Enable students to be more informed of their educational journey and have greater opportunities to develop their independent learning skills
