• Media campaign ‘tap into knowledge of
employees’
• 4h/employee to think on ideas and to
submit
• 3 weeks to work on ideas with colleagues

• 30 ideas continued, 20 didn’t survive or
were merged

We would then create an ordered system by which to leverage those competencies and optimize connectivity…
