– Cognistreamer IP: Enrichment, review & selection

• Media campaign ‘tap into knowledge of
employees’
• 4h/employee to think on ideas and to
submit
• 3 weeks to work on ideas with colleagues
• Input: 774 ideas to filter & evaluate

• Selection of 50 best ideas
• 30 ideas continued, 20 didn’t survive or
were merged
• Support by ‘Innovation drivers’ = mentors
for the inventors to mature ideas

We would then create an ordered system by which to leverage those competencies and optimize connectivity…
