Cobalt International Energy – I provided HSE management services to Cobalt International Energy for GOM and Angola deep water drilling programs from 2010 to May 2016. My primary duties were development of the BSEE SEMS Program, managing the BSEE SEMS Audit, BSEE Combinations and contactor management.

Hess Corporation, Pony Development Project - Project HSE Advisor, Pony Tension Leg Platform (TLP). My responsibilities included the management of HSE issues, HSE policy and document development, contractor evaluations, and fabrication HSE management.

BHP Billiton, Shenzi and Angostura Projects I – Project HSE Advisor for BHP Billiton’s Shenzi Tension Leg Platform (TLP). The TLP is in deepwater, central Gulf of Mexico, approximately 120 miles from the Louisiana coast.

BHP Billiton, Angostura Project II - The Angostura Platform is located in Trinidad. My responsibilities include the management of HSE issues, HSE policy and document development, contractor evaluations, and fabrication HSE management.

BP Mardi Gras Pipe Line – Conducted weekly fabrication yard audits. TOTAL E & P USA, Inc. – HSE Consultant - My duties include contractor HSE management, HSE

policy development, HSE audits, and conducting the TEP USA Annual Contractor HSE Workshop. I also conducted Safety Leadership Training and employee Super Session HSE training.

BHP Billiton Petroleum, Gulf of Mexico Production Unit – HSE Consultant - HSE contractor evaluation, desktop audits, HSE Management System Audits, and location HSE Audits.

Africa – I have worked in Algeria and Nigeria providing HSE training, instructor training, Behavioral Training, Auditing and Consulting to the major operators and contractors.
