WHO WE ARE

• Our Canadian production is located in Alberta and Saskatchewan, and includes dominant positions in key Cardium light oil and liquids rich natural gas plays.

• We are France’s top onshore oil producer and one of the country’s most active oil and gas companies.

• As the second largest onshore operator of natural gas in the Netherlands, our properties provide abundant gas exploration potential in the heart of the European natural gas markets.

WHO WE ARE

• We have an 18.5% non-operated interest in the Corrib Gas field that will supply 95% of Ireland’s gas production.

• Our 100% operated interest in the Wandoo offshore field located on Western Australia’s Northwest Shelf provides attractive oil development and optimization opportunities.

• Our entry into Germany in 2013, positions Vermilion for future development and expansion.

OUR OPERATION IN EUROPE

Vermilion is focused in four core areas in Europe: France, Netherlands, Ireland and

Germany. We entered France in 1997, Netherlands in 2004, Ireland in 2009 and Germany

in 2013.

In France, Vermilion is the top oil producer and achieved record production in 2013. Our French

assets are characterized by large OOIP conventional fields with high working interest (OOIP in

5 largest fields >1.7 billion barrels of oil) and represent resource play development over the

long-term.

We operate in a world class conventional natural gas basin in the Netherlands, with high impact

drilling and development. We achieved record annual production in 2013; after a previous

record year in 2012. We will continue to increase production with total undeveloped land of

more than 800,000 net acres.

OUR OPERATION IN EUROPE

Our non-operated Corrib project in Ireland, will deliver up to 65% of Ireland’s gas needs at peak

production. It is an offshore natural gas field 83 km NW of Ireland (350m water depth) with a

well total depth ~3,000 m below sea level. We expect production of 58 mmcf/d (9,700 boe/d)

net to Vermilion with first gas mid-2015.

Germany positions Vermilion for future development and expansion opportunities. From our

initial acquisition, we anticipate average sales gas volume of 2,300 boe/d, net to Vermilion for

calendar 2014. We are currently looking at a full spectrum of German opportunities, ranging

from conventional development / exploration to low permeability gas.
