JUDY MOSES NAMED TO NATIONAL LIST OF 100 MOST INFLUENTIAL WOMEN IN REAL ESTATE Moses lone Massachusetts representative on prestigious list NEWTON, Mass., October 22 -- With 3,460 respondents casting 6,099 votes, the real estate professional community has decided Judy Moses of Newton Centre is among the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Real Estate. Moses, President of Pathway Home Realty Group, was nominated by her peers from across the nation for the honor, which was created by bestselling author and renowned real estate business expert Stefan Swanepoel. According to Swanepoel, the genesis of the list began in February, when his 2008 edition of the Swanepoel TRENDS Report identified women as key drivers in the future of the residential real estate brokerage industry. In the Trend titled “Shattered Glass” it was detailed how many women had reached leadership positions at national levels. “It is an honor to be named to the list and a real thrill to be included with the other spectacular business women on the list,” Moses said. Among the honored are former National Association of Realtors presidents, executives from national real estate companies plus other well known industry speakers, trainers and authors. Moses is the only Massachusetts representative on the list. Pathway Home Realty Group is an independently owned company with offices in Newton, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Swanepoel attracted interest by posting a blog post on ActiveRain, and continued interest fanned the flames that soon expanded the nominating process to other real estate social networks such as RealTown and Inman Community. Because of the large response, Swanepoel said he had to enlist third-party company SurveyMonkey to tabulate the votes.
