to your Wordpress site.

shows you potentially harmful files.

Wordfence Security is a multi-pronged security plugin that includes a firewall, virus scanning, real-time traffic

analysis, changes to your core Wordpress files and more.



#9: Secure wp-config.php

This file includes information that you need to keep secure. Make sure your wp-config.php file is secure.



#10: Protect Your Directories

You should also protect the various directories of your site. Adding the code “Options –indexes” to your .htaccess will keep people from seeing the contents of your directories.
