Familiarity breeds favoritism.

When you’ve grown comfortable andfamiliar with a brand, you’re more likely

to continue giving them your businessbecause you’ve built up loyalty to the

particular brand.

It brings out the best inyour employees

When employees work for a company whose brandmeans something to them, whose mission resonates

with them, they have more reason to go to work eachday to strive towards the goal of the company.

It builds trust.

Brand loyalty is a matter of the consumer trusting thebrand to consistently produce quality products, and

when you do, it encourages customers to return.

Word of mouth spreadslike wildfire

Once your brand has built strong enough relationshipswith enough customers, your loyal customers will

begin to spread the word about you.
